Aging thorns are carefully crafted by creating a natural patina onto bisque fired terracotta sculptures. The patina is created by combining yogurt and moss and thereafter spreading the mixture onto their surface. The terracotta is then left for outdoor for months to grow a natural patina, like the one that is often visible on vases that have aged by the elements.
